Fitness coach, Caroline Jordan has a unique story. She has struggled with foot pain for three years after a devastating foot injury.

While wearing a boot to alleviate the pain on her foot, she started posting videos on YouTube showing people how to stay fit and avoid weight gain while wearing a boot after a foot injury or surgery.

However, Caroline was still unable to wear "normal" shoes, walk barefoot, and complete her normal workout routine due to foot pain.

How does our program work?

Initial assessment with Dr. Marc Robinson, DPT

The first part of our program begins with an initial 30-minute assessment online or in-clinic.

During the assessment, we'll analyze your movement, test your strength, and discuss your injury in detail.

Custom exercise program

Based on the results of your assessment, we’ll send you a customized rehab program with photos, written instructions and videos.

The program can be accessed through the client log-in portal on our website or through an app compatible with phones and tablets.

Private Facebook group

As a bonus, we offer a private Facebook group for extra support, motivation, and advice.

Participation in the group is optional, but we recommend reading the posts, commenting, and watching the videos in this community to maximize your experience.
