We are confident you will love our products as much as we do. If our products are not a good fit for you, then send us an email to info@evercorelife.com with the reason for your refund and a screenshot of your order receipt.

Within 3-5 days, we will contact you and issue you a refund. We may email you if we need more information to process your refund.

Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund within two weeks of sending your request, please contact us at info@evercorelife.com.


Eligible items


Unused rehab/fitness products are eligible for a refund. Send us the item in its original packaging. Do not return opened bottles of Active Atoms Turmeric. Keep the bottle and gift it to a friend who may benefit. We’ll refund you the cost of your purchase minus the shipping cost.

Our injury recovery programs or online courses are not eligible for refunds unless by written consent from Evercore on a case by case basis.


Sale items (if applicable)

Items on sale will be refunded at the price you paid minus the shipping costs.



We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@evercorelife.com.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for the initial purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
