Triceps Pushdown

How to Perform: Attach the bands to the top of the door using the door attachment. (Must purchase resistance band set for door attachment) Click here. (link to the resistance band set page)

Push the bands down until the arms are straight while keeping the elbows against the side of the body.

Shoulder Press

How to Perform: Step on the band and place your hands about shoulder width apart on the band.

Quadruped Hip Extension

How to Perform: tart in the hands and knees position with the knees under the hips and the hands under the shoulders.
